Thank you for shopping with Clutch. We carefully package and ship every order from our boutique to ensure your items arrive safely and beautifully. For over $150 goods we offer free shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business days after purchase. During sales, holidays, or new arrival launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Typical delivery estimates
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays are outside of our control.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup may be available for local customers at our Tucson boutique. If pickup is available for your order, you will receive notification when your items are ready.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Clutch is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly and reach out to us — we are happy to assist whenever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Clutch is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
