The painting portrays a vibrant seascape painting, featuring an expansive view of the ocean as it meets the rocky shore. The waves are a mix of soft blues, greens, and whites, crashing against the rocks with dynamic movement, while the sky transitions from a soft pastel to bright blues and oranges as the sun begins to set. The colors blend seamlessly, creating a tranquil yet energetic mood.
The scarf transfers the tranquil blues, greens, and sandy tones of the waves and coastline into a wearable art. The scarf features a flowing, artistic representation of the painting, with the oceanic hues beautifully draped. The soft material allows the abstract, nature-inspired patterns to translate from canvas to fabric, offering a versatile accessory that carries the essence of the seascape in a wearable form.
100% Satin Silk: 77"x25", could be wear as a shawl or a scarf.
About artist: A.Healdsburg is honored to have Dana Hawley as the artist for our first collection. Dana was born and raised in Marin County where she grew up hiking the many trails that crisscross Mt. Tamalpais. We feel a deep love for wine country from her impressionistic interpretations. Expect strong color, expressive brushwork and a sense of movement and gesture in her paintings. Vineyards in all seasons and stages of growth show up in Hawley’s landscapes because she and her family live and farm in the heart of a world famous grape growing region. Dana received her Bachelor of Art degree, with honors, from the University of California at Davis where she majored in Biological Illustration.Available in two different material and sizes
